Guest Speakers

We were treated to thought-provoking presentations from two interesting and engaged environmentalists.

Kevin van Tighem presented an illustrated talk based on his new book Heart Waters: Sources of the Bow River. Later in the day, Rene Michalak of Reinvent Red Deer led a discussion about sustainability practices and initiatives.

The social part of the weekend featured a silent auction fundraiser and then music by Roger Gagne & Brian Deheer; Sandy & Dick Willott; and Allison Anderson.

Thanks are due to the organizers and to everyone who took part.
